Repeal the Wright Amendment

This is the most arcane & protectionist law I’ve ever heard of : Wright Amendment. Basically, Wright Amendment is a law that was put in place six years after the opening of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) to block long-haul flights out of nearby Love Field Airport. This limits Southwest to fly only to the neighbouring states. What are they going to come up with next? Detroit cannot sell cars to the states other than North East ? Its a sad irony that the law carries the same name as of the flight inventors. Encourage you to write to your legislators to repeal this law.
