Every time an FTOTW style link is tweeted by Sukumar, “Wings” are awarded to the twitterers who originated the tweet. If this is Sukumar’s own original tweet no “Wings” are awarded. “Wings” are like Points used by many Game sites/apps. If you are wondering about the choice of “Wings” as the currency? it is a take-off on the site’s name SAST Wingees. Also, “Wings” are awarded in the Military to recognize achievements.

Number of Wings awarded is equal to the Level rating ascribed to the tweet  as explained here.

For example, if a tweet is ascribed Level 2 and the original twitterer was @gvaidees (who is one of the founders of this site), @gvaidees will receive 2 wings.  On the other hand if a tweet is ascribed Level 4 and the original twitterer was @PriyaRaju, another regular contributor to this site, she will receive 4 Wings.

The leaderboard below is a continuously updated table of twitterers and the number of wings they received. The leaders of the Table will be recognized by Sukumar with some surprise rewards on a periodic basis, to be determined based on the success of this rewards & recognition program.
