PS: I can&#039;t but wonder about the relevance of individual tastes in this context. Does a gourmet&#039;s verdict necessarily have an impact on an individual&#039;s taste? Or does a gourmet simply have a logical advantage because he/she is supposed to have tried everything and is therefore in a position to pass a relative judgment? :)</description>
