Talk in the customer&#039;s language, not yours. Both the engineer and the gentleman want to know what the garage did, but they speak different languages.

The most difficult part of management is getting the relevant information: Processing it to arrive at a good decision is relatively trivial.  (Though I think maybe exaggerating the triviality!!)
